You probably know this but if you don’t know if a sim is pregnant or not you can go to simology as if you were going to age them up, but it’ll say something like “sims that are pregnant cannot age up” it’ll probably help you save money because you won’t have to buy a pregnancy test :) that’s just how I do it and I play on base game so it is a base game feature:)
